The purpose of the seminar is to provide those who may be contemplating investing in Italy or in the UK with a practical comparison of UK and Italian property law and some of the related procedures and commercial issues.

The seminar follows a similar highly successful event held recently by GRM in conjunction with property company Global M&P Ltd in Milan.

Delegates, over 70 representatives from a wide variety of businesses, were also presented with an up-to-date summary of the state of the London property market by professionals from Global M&P.
