Serviced apartments were born as an alternative to traditional hotel accommodation for people who travel with their families and for business professionals who need an accommodation for a longer time then traditional leisure clients. The main advantages of serviced apartment rentals are the total price per stay which is much lower compared to a hotel or a residence (if you stay more than 6 nights), the privacy that an apartment suite can deliver (as you will not need to go through the reception desk in order to invite guests to your room), the total space that you cannot find in a hotel room (unless you stay in the presidential suite) and the availability of a kitchen which would allow you to save money from going out to eat everyday.
